Intern – Human Resource Generalist (4-8 Months)
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern or Entry-Level HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist in managing daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Support payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing wellness and training programs.

Respond to employee queries about policies, procedures, and benefits.

Help ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations.

Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Qualifications:

Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Famalirity with HRIS or ATS Syatem is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior internship or coursework in HR or relate
- Interested in the health and Wellness or familirity with the herbal industry is bonus.
