Intern – Human Resource Generalist (4-8 Months)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern or Entry-Level HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist in managing daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing wellness and training programs.

  • Respond to employee queries about policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations.

  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.


Qualifications:
  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Famalirity with HRIS or ATS Syatem is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Prior internship or coursework in HR or relate
  • Interested in the health and Wellness or familirity with the herbal industry is bonus.
